I use BlueGriffion to make these pages most of the time... Although i dont know if it's the best program for webcreation it was just the first that i found and now im too attached

Drawing programs I use:

Ipad: Procreate (formerly, I dont really use it much anymore), Artstudio Pro, Resprite
