Back?
I have bought some samples of perfumes that I thought were interesting looking and here are my thoughts on em.
I just realised that all of these perfumes were inspired by films lamo.
“Electric Dreams by Miguel Matos”
Some part of me was kinda surprised when smelling this for the first time. There was a spike when i first sprayed this. IDK how to describe it other than that. With the bubblegum notes described in the fragrantica i thought i would smell something sweeter with a little bit of kick with the plastic and metal notes but i think its the other way around? I think i can see the vision with this one. it kinda smells like an idealised scent of a computer? Like if you only saw what a computer looked like by pictures this is what i would imagine it would smell like or something like that idk. either way the scent kinda reminds me of clean laundry and I huff clean laundry for fun so this was a good investment to me.
“the ghost in the shell by etat libre dorange”
This perfume is pretty clean. I think it kinda smells like the idea of a cyborg that takes great care of themself. Like it smells good but theres some... Spike to it? artifical might be a better word. Anyways it's a wearable scent, very unique.
“fantomas by nasomatto”
I think my first impression of it is that it smells like what you feel in your head when you huff something thats bad for your brain. Like when youre in the gas station for too long and the smell of gasoline gives you a headache. it feels like the headache. Like you arent going to get a headache from it but these the essence of that feeling yannow? idk. the sweet notes r cool too.
“Friday the 13th”
The first time I took a whiff of this I immediately recoiled. I cannot imagine somebody wearing this and getting positive reactions, unless its smell changes dramatically when dry (which honestly I wouldn’t know because it didn’t put this on a paper strip). But I can see the vision! The scent feels like getting knocked in the head with a baseball bat. It feels like bleeding out and facing your mortality. Which I really respect the boldness.
